Pastry Chef Daniel Van Hamersfeld has 26 years of pastry and culinary experience. European born and raised, his career has taken him all over the world giving him a unique culinary perspective. Formally trained in Europe at the St. Hubertus Culinary Academy in the Netherlands, his experience gives his cakes a definite European flair. He currently resides in Friday Harbor on the San Juan Islands in Washington State.
